Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before the first chase.

Admin Chief is a setup-first follow-up operating system. Start with one approved source, one expected-vs-received tracker, one draft pack, and one no-send approval log before broader setup.

Start with one chase
What does Admin Chief do?

It turns approved admin sources into a missing-item tracker, deadline risk brief, and approval-ready follow-up drafts for email-heavy teams.

Does Admin Chief send client emails automatically?

No. The first setup stops at reviewed drafts and a no-send approval log. Customer messages require human approval before they leave the business.

What sources can be used?

Approved email labels, folders, searches, date windows, exports, uploads, or manual evidence packs. Source rules are agreed before sensitive data is connected.

Who is it for?

Accountants, bookkeepers, property managers, recruiters, brokers, conveyancers, freight forwarders, and other teams chasing documents, approvals, replies, and signatures.

How is pricing handled?

Fit and scope come first. Public options are a £250 proof sprint, £750 fixed setup, and £500+/mo managed rhythm after the workflow is clear.

Is it professional advice?

No. Admin Chief handles admin follow-up and record chasing. It does not provide legal, financial, HR, insurance, tax, freight, or accounting judgement.

Is there a public API, MCP server, or webhook?

Not yet. Public API, MCP, webhook, export, and tool-layer access remain roadmap until implemented and verified.

What is the current readiness level?

Ready for a paid private pilot around one approved chase, not a mature hands-off SaaS or autonomous sending product.
