Contact details from the audit intake are used to respond to the enquiry and agree the scope. We do not collect data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties. The intake form is the main point of collection before an engagement begins.
Your brain, your data. Built to a minimum.
Admin Chief is designed around approved sources, minimal data collection, and clear client ownership. The company brain we build belongs to the client. We operate it; we do not own it, hold it hostage, or share it.
The company brain, schema, source inventory, and all organized content remain the client's property throughout. On request, we can export the structured wiki in a portable format. On termination of the engagement, client data is deleted from our systems within a reasonable period, agreed at offboarding.
Sources are named and agreed at the Context Audit. No additional source is connected or ingested later without fresh client approval. Sensitive or regulated documents can be excluded from the brain at any point; exclusions are documented so both sides know what is and is not inside the brain.
No skill output is sent to third parties by default. Drafted messages, quotes, briefs, and documents are staged for the client's team to review. Outbound sending requires an explicit approval decision from the client for each output. Sensitive items are excluded from the brain by agreement, so they are not processed or surfaced by any skill.
Current privacy boundary in plain terms.
Admin Chief handles company context for administrative and operational use. It does not provide legal, financial, HR, insurance, tax, or professional advice. Nothing produced by the brain should be treated as such, and we do not position it that way.
- The source list, exclusions, and scan scope are agreed in writing before any source is connected. No broad or open-ended access is taken.
- Sensitive items (personal data, privileged communications, regulated records) are excluded from the brain by agreement at the audit stage. The exclusion list is documented and kept with the schema.
- The company brain belongs to the client. It can be exported in a portable format on request, and it is deleted from Admin Chief systems when the engagement ends.
- No output produced by the brain is sent to anyone outside the client's team without an explicit approval step from the client. This applies to all skills: briefs, quotes, drafts, and follow-ups.
- Private dashboard and operational surfaces are noindex and no-store. They are not promoted or linked from public pages.
- We do not train models on client context, share client data across engagements, or use one client's brain to inform another client's output.
- Audit intake contact details are used only to respond to the enquiry and agree the audit scope. They are not used for unsolicited marketing.
